All artistic assets, including the PAINAIK™ identity, bespoke website code, and product imagery, are the exclusive property of Painaik Herbal Beauty LLP. Unauthorized replication is a violation of international copyright law.
03. Herbal Safety & Disclaimer
Cosmetic Nature: Our creations are intended for cosmetic use only. They are not medical treatments and do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition.
The Patch Test: A 24-hour skin patch test is mandatory before full application. Painaik Herbal Beauty LLP is not liable for individual skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.
Efficacy: Herbal results are deeply personal and vary by skin type and lifestyle. We provide no guarantee of specific skin outcomes.
04. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
05. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
